This 4000–6000MHz 100W GaN RF power amplifier is a professional new anti-drone module integrated with internal circulator, specially developed for anti-UAV and anti-FPV jamming equipment targeting DJI civilian drones. Adopting high-performance GaN chip solution, this 100W anti-drone module realizes stable continuous wave RF output across 4000MHz~6000MHz frequency range. Different from ordinary broadband RF power amplifier module, it reserves TTL and RS485 communication interfaces, supporting real-time monitoring of working temperature, supply current and RF output power, and allows remote parameter configuration matching digital signal sources.
The built-in circulator effectively protects internal circuit from reflected power, greatly improving long-term continuous operation reliability. Compact aluminum alloy housing brings excellent heat dissipation, suitable for portable and vehicle-mounted anti-drone system integration. As a flexible customized anti-drone module, it can be modified to satisfy diverse broadband counter-UAV project requirements.
