The AOK-2000-6000 high linearity GaN RF power amplifier serves as a premium new anti-drone module built for broadband counter-UAV jamming platforms. Adopting high-performance GaN chip architecture, this 100W anti-drone module supplies steady saturated RF power output covering the full 2000–6000MHz spectrum, which includes mainstream control and video transmission bands for consumer FPV drones.

Compared with ordinary broadband RF amplifiers, this RF power amplifier module integrates an independent bottom heat sink design to achieve sustained stable output under long-duration continuous operation. The compact fully sealed metal housing provides outstanding heat dissipation and robust anti-interference capability, supporting seamless integration into anti-FPV suppression equipment, broadband electronic warfare devices and multi-band RF countermeasure systems. Available as a customized anti-drone module, it supports parameter modification to satisfy diversified system integration requirements for commercial and security anti-drone projects.
