The ANOEKO AOK-L-100W is a compact metal-sealed GaN microwave RF power amplifier built for seamless industrial system integration. Designed as a new anti-drone module operating across the 4000–8000MHz frequency spectrum, this wide bandwidth module delivers continuous-wave output power of 100W (peak range up to 150W) with maximum power gain reaching 45dB.
This GaN anti-drone module adopts bottom-based thermal dissipation architecture. For sustained stable high-power operation, forced-air cooling or external conductive heat sink is required. Pre-machined mounting holes simplify screw-fixed assembly using M3.0*10 steel screws for quick integration into fixed, vehicle-mounted or portable anti-drone equipment.
Digital control interfaces including RS485 and TTL are embedded inside the module, enabling real-time system-level status monitoring and parameter configuration when integrated within host hardware. The module monitors core operating metrics: temperature, working current, supply voltage and RF output power, greatly enhancing system safety and maintainability. Its output port VSWR is maintained ≤2, with reliable performance within the -10℃ ~ +55℃ operating temperature range.
All published performance metrics are tested under 25℃ ambient environment. As a customized anti-drone module, it supports modified RF connector options and frequency tuning to satisfy project-specific engineering demands for anti-drone defense platforms.
