The ANOEKO 120W GaN Broadband Power Amplifier Module is a high-performance wideband RF amplifier engineered for demanding amplification applications across 700–6000MHz. This GAN anti-drone module delivers 120W maximum output power (50.5±0.5 dBm typical @ 13A) with up to 50dB maximum gain and 27% power-added efficiency @ 120W. The module features ≤5dB gain flatness and a standard input power of 2dBm, with maximum non-damaging input power rated at ≤12dBm

 

Designed as a customized anti-drone module for C-UAS systems, communication equipment, and RF test platforms, the amplifier incorporates intelligent monitoring via RS485 communication protocol, supporting real-time detection of temperature, current, voltage, and RF output power. Built-in over-temperature and VSWR protection ensures reliable operation across the full -10°C to +55°C working temperature range, with power stability of ±1.0dB

 

 The compact 170×94.9×24.5mm form factor features SMA RF input, N-Female RF output, and feedthrough capacitor power supply interface.
