ANOEKO-AOK-Gan-100W is a high-performance wideband GaN RF power amplifier module developed for RF signal amplification, anti-drone countermeasure systems and industrial wireless equipment. Built with gallium nitride semiconductor technology, this 100W RF amplifier delivers stable continuous-wave output, high power efficiency and outstanding thermal stability, which makes it a core component for portable and fixed C-UAS solutions.
The RF amplifier module supports multi-band frequency options covering 300MHz–6000MHz, including 300–1500MHz,1500–2500MHz,2500–4000MHz and 4000–6000MHz. It achieves up to 45dB maximum power gain with gain flatness ≤5dB. The high-linearity design ensures low-distortion RF signal output under long-time continuous operation.
This anti-drone RF module adopts SMA RF input and N-Female RF output interfaces. Digital control interfaces RS485 and TTL are reserved for remote parameter configuration. It supports real-time monitoring of temperature, operating current, voltage and RF output power. Built-in over-temperature and VSWR protection circuits effectively prevent module damage during operation and improve system reliability.
